The best part designs are ones that were designed with the process of how they are going to be made in mind. None of us are born with this skill set but some have gained the experience. With the purchase of a Maverick 9T we offer the support of assisting in designing/redesigning your part for plastic injection molding manufacturing.
Process Building Assistance
Have a tool and now you have a Maverick 9T but have never running an injection molding machine before? No worries, we're here to get you molding! You can check out or resource videos and links to get you going but we also offer in person training which usually only takes about 4 hours and we can even teach how to build your process on your own mold.
Turn Key Delivery
Have a part idea and just want the rest ready to go because you have a billion other challenges you are taking on at the same time? Done! We offer a turn key drop off. We can take your part through material selection for application, DFM, tooling design/build, molding process DOE/Development and delivery. We'll show up plug it in, show you how to turn it on, load your material, press the green start button and watch it go!
Wingman Station
Have a production facility and trying to get the most out of your operations? We have the setup for you. We call it the Wingman Station. It's two Maverick 9Ts set up on a single bench with room in the center for an operator if needed. You can over lap two molding jobs simultaneously utilizing shared auxiliaries built into a single station. This setup is tremendously efficient when hand or robot overmolding, utilizing excess drying and temperature control capacity.
